Jeffrey Neinstein is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP offers civil litigation focusing on serious personal injury including car accident litigation, accident benefits disputes, catastrophic claims, disability insurance litigation, slip and fall accidents, fire and property loss and professional negligence disputes. Jeff’s practice focuses on representing seriously injured accident victims, disabled persons and their families.

Jeff Neinstein spends much of his practicing representing individuals whose livelihoods are under attack by some of the largest insurance companies in North America. He continues to pursue his clients’ rights through lengthy trials in the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and through vigorous and relentless canvassing of government agencies in an attempt to amend legislation to further protect and fight for the rights of injured and disabled people across Ontario.
